tollboothmusic began as a small project recording studio in Reading in the mid 90’s and has gone through a number of incarnations since, ending up today based in the Dearne Valley and providing a wide range of sound services for an even wider range of clients.

We try and stay as reasonable as possible and keep our charges simple. We still work on an hourly rate, and always round DOWN to the nearest half hour.
Longer jobs and projects we usually try and agree a price with you beforehand.

Recording £24/hr
Composition £30/hr
V/O & SFX £26/hr
Live eng- from £15/hr
Mobile £22/hr + mileage + expenses
